David Fear’s natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life is his greatest asset. He immediately puts people, both sellers and buyers, at ease. These traits, along with his ability to listen to his clients’ needs, are among the keys to his success.

His exceptional real estate knowledge ensures clients are always given accurate market information and expectations, while his presentation and marketing skills consistently add value to the final result. A creative thinker and a highly skilled negotiator, David has carved a name for himself among the elite salespeople of the western suburbs. As an auctioneer, David has established new standards of ethics in the industry. Whilst in this role, many of his sales have set new levels of value throughout the area.

A devoted husband and father of three teenage children, he believes in supporting the community, which supports his family and lives this mantra by actively helping local schools, charitable and sporting organisations.

David’s love of sport, in particular junior development, has seen him involved with several local clubs. His talent for racquet sports saw him tour on the professional circuit and become a coach at an international level in squash and evolve into an outstanding tennis player. David aspires now to compete on the international veterans’ stage.

He also has a passion and flair for design and has had significant input into a number of projects resulting in the creation of some stunning homes. He is often asked to consult on the design of homes from a value adding perspective.

David is proud to be leading a brand synonymous with excellence. “The exciting thing about Altus is that we are never complacent about what we do. Business is like sport, no matter how well you do things, there is always room for improvement.”
