Alison Fear’s natural warmth and her love of helping others reach their full potential means that she is ideally suited to the role of Training Manager.
With the skills that Alison has gained from her 15 years in education she has developed a professional development programme of the highest order. With her penchant for the big picture, resource development and motivational skills, Alison has been responsible for helping staff to improve their sales and negotiation skills. Guest speakers, role play and in-house discussion are just some of the techniques Alison incorporates into her training sessions in an effort to help them to be the best they can be.
Outside of Altus, Alison enjoys bushwalking, tennis, catching up with friends and relaxing with her husband and three teenage children in their Nedlands home. She also enjoys heading to the family farm whenever they get the opportunity.
Alison loves the concept of “Listening, Learning Leading” that encapsulates Altus. “It's been a wonderful year where our branding has gone from strength to strength and I look forward to helping the team continue to deliver on our promise”.
